
Catalina Rojas
Catalina holds and LLB Degree from Universidad del Rosario and has an LLM – Master´s Degree from Birmingham University (UK). She is an expert in Corporate Governance subjects and has been working with Governance Consultants for the last 5 years of her professional career.
She has experience in working in the financial sector and managing relations with regulators. She has lead and participated in several projects regarding institutional strengthening and boards of directors optimization for leading companies in Latin America. She has advised organizations such as BID Invest (in corporate governance due diligence processes), Grupo Energía Bogotá – GEB (for his corporate governance re – institutionalization process); Colombian Bank Association (during its corporate governance model definition and implementation); the Bogotá Chamber of Commerce (regarding good corporate governance practices); and several private and public owned enterprises. She has participated in projects in Colombia, Dominican Republic and Central America.
